Starting in 2014 year, Globus Media Group has decided to entrust to Ads Schedule Pro 2 and DV Play to automatize the entire process for its own 3 TV channels. For those 10 years, we have worked in tight cooperation, constantly improving our products. The conception of the system has been proven in real 24/7, during those 10 years we added and edited many of our features, and also gathered HUGE experience in all technical aspects, including maintenance of the system. For those 10 years, all that could go wrong – bugs in our software, lack of critical features, failure in servers (SQL, FTP, HTTP servers are used) – has already happened many times and we are well prepared to solve it. Now in 2024, the system works 100% autonomously and it can pass 1 or more months in which the system doesn’t need even a single maintenance action.

The result for the customer is a dramatic improvement in management and efficiency. Playlists are done extremely fast & efficiently (up to 3 minutes daily!), and all the digital assets (video files) are kept on a dedicated server, where they can’t be lost and it provides convenient search & checking, etc. In June 2024 Globus Media Group launched its first 4K channel – again with Ads Schedule Pro and DV Play.
