INSTALLATION NOTES
- Windows 10 64 bits is the recommended option *1
- Windows 7 64 bits is fully supported and it is still a good option.
- Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016/2019 is fully supported, but there are additional settings required – please contact us.
- For testing reliability in real 24/7 mode you should set the settings described in those screenshots.
- Using any antivirus software is not recommended as it scanned and delayed the system performance.
- Our software is virus free and it is digitally signed.
- Only approved Decklink drivers version (11.1 or 12.1) should be used. Newer drivers often means NEW PROBLEMS you do not want to have 🙂
- DV Play could play http/rtmp/udp/srt IP streams when the firewall allows such network communication. You should approve all ask for communication for both private and public network that the firewall may issue. An example of such ask is shown here.
